About MHS TV

 

MHS TV is a high school television and media program located in the Manchester High School in Manchester, Connecticut. Media programs produced by the students at MHS TV air on mhsredline.com as well as on cable television Cox Communications Channel 16. Most programs and segments are also broadcast online as part of this website and other various media outlets such as youtube, vimeo and usedtv.

 

The MHS TV media program is comprised of students, grades 9-12. These students work with professional broadcast equipment and utilize a full capacity television facility funded by the Manchester Board of Education.

 

Regularly scheduled programs include Power New, The Pulse and Manchester Monthly. MHS TV also produces live events via mobile truck, including sports, music and drama performances throughout the school year. MHS TV will accept your donations but is NOT FOR HIRE. MHS TV is an affiliate of Student Television Network (STN), and the New England Scholastic Press Association (NESPA). MHS TV has earned more than 10 state, regional and national honors since 2010.
